Jenica Martin is a San Diego Realtor® with Douglas Elliman, known for delivering a highly attentive, concierge-level client experience grounded in strategy, discretion, and detail. Her practice is relationship-driven and referral-based, built on trust, thoughtful guidance, and consistent execution across a wide range of residential transactions.
Jenica is a member of Douglas Elliman’s Estate, Trust & Probate Division and holds the California Association of Realtors® Trust & Probate Certification. She works closely with trustees, fiduciaries, attorneys, and families navigating major property transitions, bringing structure and clarity to complex sales while coordinating preparation, vendors, and timelines with care.
Her broader business includes representation of buyers and sellers across San Diego County, from first purchases to lifestyle moves, simultaneous buy-sell transitions, relocation, and VA buyers. Clients value her steady communication style, market insight, and ability to anticipate and solve issues before they become obstacles.
Originally from Walnut Creek in the San Francisco East Bay, Jenica came to San Diego for college and made it home. She is a graduate of California State University San Marcos with a Bachelor of Arts in Communication. Prior to real estate, she was a certified National Academy of Sports Medicine personal trainer, a background that still shows in her discipline, preparation, and client advocacy.
Outside of real estate, Jenica is active and outdoors-oriented, with interests in hiking, strength training, boxing, yoga, and Muay Thai. She enjoys San Diego’s food and wine scene and spending time with her Rhodesian Ridgebacks, Lumana and Tambo, often at Fiesta Island, Coronado Dog Beach, and local trails. She brings the same energy she has for lifestyle and community into the way she advises her clients on where and how they live.
