Jenica was absolutely fantastic helping me from another state sell a probate home that required much prepping in a timeline of a month. She shared many pictures of the process cleaning, repairing, etc., making me feel like I was there and helping me to make decisions. She was extremely patient and encouraging as we had 2 sales fall through during escrow. She went out and purchased stove, thermostat or any little thing required to promote sale in timely manner. Every recommendation she gave me was excellent in areas of cleaning, painting, estate sale, etc. She made a horrible situation better by providing encouraging feed back during a very stressful situation and after each setback moving forward with a positive focus. Jenica went above and beyond in helping me buy a property. From scheduling last minute showings to answering my non-stop questions, I could not have asked for better service. Jenica is not only highly knowledgeable about the ins and outs of real estate, but also has has strong connections with agents in the San Diego area, which was key in helping me close in this seller's market. There were multiple open houses we attended where she had already has an established relationship with the selling agent, and we leveraged one of those to close on an off-market deal (that checked all the boxes for me) with $10k in closing credits!
